If you have entered one of our competitions and are announced as a finalist, your email address provided on your application form may be disclosed to third party sponsors of the awards.

Our data retention policy is dictated by the Data Protection Laws. We will retain award application forms for a maximum of two years from the date it is submitted. After this time the information will be securely destroyed.
